June Employee of the Month

Keystone Pointe wants to give our community a peak inside the lives of our staff, who work hard to provide quality care to our residents. This month, we are recognizing Rick Mull, STNA, as our June Employee of the Month!

Rick has been an STNA at Keystone Pointe for over five years. Pathways, our Memory Care Unit, has been his home since he started. The residents and family members of Pathways adore him. “For the last four years, I've visited my mom nearly every Saturday. Rick has been here the whole time. Rick knows what my mom and all the residents want and knows their routines. From watching him over the years, I know he is an expert at engaging the Pathways residents and keeping them calm,” shared one appreciative Pathways family member.


Rick loves what he does. He shared, “The work is very fulfilling. I know I am helping people a good amount every day.” From starting his career 25 years ago, Rick has never lost his passion for helping those in need. Thank you, Rick, for being a fantastic part of our team! We are so lucky to have someone as caring, compassionate, and hardworking as you! Thank you for making a difference every day.
