August Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Keystone Pointe's August Employee of the Month, Tyler Lear!

Tyler has been a part of Keystone Pointe's Dietary Team for about a year. He does an amazing job at listening to our resident's wants and needs and providing the best quality meals possible. But Tyler does much more than that; he connects with the residents so well that they personally nominated him for this award. Our residents love his company and their delightful conversations. Everyone at Keystone Pointe knows and loves Tyler, and it's easy to do so because of his loving personality. He is easy to work with, is always willing to go the extra mile, and always makes everyone smile.



Outside of work, Tyler loves shopping, hanging out with his friends, and spending time with his cat, Gizmo. He lives in our community of Lagrange and is thinking of attending college soon. He graduated from Elyria High School and was even voted Prom King and "best personality!"
