Keystone Pointe Health and Rehabilitation celebrates our 15th anniversary! This milestone isn't just about years; it's about the bonds, laughter, and support that have transformed our premier facility into a truly caring home. We extend a heartfelt thank you to our residents, families, dedicated staff, and our community for their unwavering support. Together, we've created a place of compassion, love, and cherished memories.



A monumental celebration took place by our company, Foundations Health Solutions, with members of our community and healthcare professionals, including a pop-in from LaGrange Mayor, Mr. Gary Kincannon! Guests dined on a variety of exceptional hor d'oeuvres, shrimp scampi flambe, and spirits. Entertainment was brought by Mary Beth Ions, violinist, as we enjoyed networking and catching up with old friends.
