When home is no longer an option for your loved one, Keystone Pointe offers a 34-bed secured unit for patients experiencing dementia challenges. Our specially trained dementia staff are ready to help families during the difficult transition. They work directly with you to be educated about the process of treating dementia.

At Keystone Pointe we are focused on providing skilled nursing, programs and activities that promote the highest possible level of independence and dignity. Activity based programs give residents opportunities throughout the day to participate in success based activities that promote beneficial stimulation for optimal brain function.

Our caregivers foster trust and build solid relationships by taking the time to get to know each resident and their families.
